Anyone heard anything on where he might end up?

Have him on my fantasy team and am wondering if I should cut him

Rumor has it that the O's is talking with his agent... Personally, I hope he doesn't come back to the O's since we have a few prospects in the rotation (Matusz, Tillman and Bergesen).

I would be interested in having Bedard coming back on an incentive-laden package. Perhaps he can be a nice reliever if the starting gig doesn't pan out. The more talent the O's can get in the AL East, the better.

Wow...I am shocked by the hate for him out of Baltimore of all places.

I mean, I know there are a lot of prospects in Baltimore, but you guys have NO INTEREST in a veteran pitcher IF he can stay healthy? A veteran pitcher who has still pitched fairly well over the past couple years??

I'd think you'd have SOME interest...I mean, it's time for Baltimore to make a run in the East and I REALLY don't think a rotation of prospects is going to help do that.

Well, I'd take him back in Seattle as a #3/#4 starter if he can prove he is over his injuries...and at a much reduced rate (with incentives.)

I don't think it'll happen...but still.

Why waste a few million on an injury-ridden pitcher who hasn't pitched a full season since he was traded to Seattle for Adam Jones, George Sherrill, Tillman, Tony Butler and Kam M on Feb 2008? MacPhail will accept Bedard if he agrees for a yearly $2M contract, but I would assume Bedard wants a long & fat salary and get himself injured as before!

No thanks... I don't hate Bedard, but I believe he's damaged goods.
