I am realllllly cleaning out my card room to reduce what is left over from three years of gutting the collection and found a large folder of this issue.

I have the complete 74 card regular set, the complete 74 card variation set, the complete 74 card "chrome" refractor set and 20 of the "chrome" refractor variations. I believe I have the Robinson and Gehrig coins here also.

I probably spent more time, effort and money on this set than any other I have ever tried. I do believe it is nearly impossible to complete the chrome variations just based on the fact that most collectors do not know what they have and are rarely listed.

I gave up trying to finish the set long ago and probably can not sell the complete album for more than $100.00. But we shall see shortly.

The photo is of the #1 card Willie Mays with all 4 versions, two coins and the jersey card.

I loved that set. Those coin cards were cheesy, but a fun enough chase.

Thanks for the scans...I completely forgot about that set.

I loved the coin cards from this set, and finished those. I might be interested in the cards you have, it was a good looking set. PM me and we'll see if we can work something out.

I always liked the set, although I only went after the game-used. I had a bunch, but the SP's started to get too expensive, so I sold all of what I had for a nice profit. It's a nice-looking set across the board.

This is my favorite modern set. I love the design and have been building the relic set since it was released. Over the past year I was able to add Honus Wagner and Edd Roush for about $600 combined. It is getting very tough.
If anyone wants to make some money off me, I still need Jimmie Foxx bat, Jim Palmer jersey, Luis Aparicio bat, Lou Brock bat, and Sparky Anderson uniform. I will pay strong for any and all on this list anytime, anyplace.

Are those refractor Mays cards worth something? I have one (I forget which version), and I just assumed it was a cool, yet worthless looking card.
