Any print run data on the various parallels in 2013 Pinnacle?

Have they been posted, or has anyone figured them out?

I know the Blue APs are supposedly retail-only, and the Skylines, Hit Kings and Z Teams are hard pulls. I don't think Panini announced any actual PRs, and it doesn't seem like enough people have opened enough to put numbers together. I do know that most inserts seem to fall at the same rates in both hobby and retail.
