Member 2011buyer has hit two of my BIN listings from May 28th and has yet to pay for his/her items. Over the same period of time he/she has received nothing but flawless feedback and some VERY high dollar items that he's purchased, but most were won well after. So I can't help but assume since he/she is buying all these other items and paying for them, that I'm not getting paid for mine. I've sent one message via eBay asking if he/she planned on paying for the items (because I don't pester people for payment) and eBay has automatically filed NPB for me on both items, would you also assume you aren't getting paid or hold out hope that the buyer pays right before the NPB process completes itself?

If you've received no communication, just let the NPB complete and re-list, then block. If they're paying for other higher value items they've won after the fact, it's pretty clear they didn't really want your items and they're simply ignoring you.

Yeah, pretty much my thought exactly.....one of those cards he paid for and received feedback for was an Orange Bryce Harper Auto /25, so obviously funds are probably not the issue.

HELLO!!! He's selectively deciding what he wants to pay for and dodging others. The funds aren't an issue. Don't bother trying to reach him either - you won't and he won't respond. Just file your NPB claim and move on. It's too bad he's paying for other items... makes you think there's a chance he'll pay for yours! LOL. At least if he paid for nothing, you'd know right away to file the NPB.

I just closed mine out with him after 15 days of no payment on a Harper Bowman Auto. I've probably lost $100-150 as a result of his not paying, but oh well, that's part of the risk involved with dealing on eBay!

He emailed me for about 2 weeks about my Belt Gold Ref Auto and kept offering prices via best offer. I finally told him I would change it to BIN for the price he was offering with immediate payment required. He emailed me saying he would buy it the next day, that went on for 3-4 days and then he finally bought it with immediate payment.

Its ironic how eBay will let buyers get away with not paying for items to screw a seller over, however as a seller if the PO cannot deliver an item for you timely, you potentially get low DSRs from buyers and they kick you off of eBay cause they want to keep their community "safe". ******* STUPID!!!

Have to go with immediate payment required to prevent this from happening.

Sold him a Yordy Cabrera Orange Refractor auto. Nothing for 10 days, opened a claim. He e-mailed back, said he was having paypal issues and finally sent payment on Sunday.

He sent me an offer on my Carlos Perez Superfractor, saying he'd pay the next day; I countered with $500 and they accepted the next afternoon, but took 6 days to pay.
