I was just wondering seeing as how we have some great ip or ttm cards on this site if anybody owns an original signed t206.

I seem to remember seeing a few on ebay way back in the day. They weren't any big named players but they did appear to have been signed. And yes, it is a very nice looking set.

Hello everyone,
At one time I owned 10 signed T206 cards including Hall of Famers Marqyard and Wheat. I have since sold those to the guy from Net 54
That Cobb would sell for approximately $20K easily.

Isn't there some debate whether that Cobb is authentic?

That Cobb is 100% Authentic. There are another 3-5 signed Cobb examples in private collections.

"Seeing enough of" doesn't exactly make you an expert (how many is 'enough?'). I have one sitting in front of me and I wouldn't claim to be an authority. I'm not saying it isn't real, but people with much more experience than I'm sure you have have made mistakes before.
