June 10th-12th at the Raritan Center; 3 day show in Central NJ. Some incredible football names coming to the show, so autograph hounds will love that one. My brother, our family friend, his dad and I will be going for sure on Friday, maybe one of the two other days, we'll see.

Anyone planning on going?

Here is the link to the show

after seeing that list, I am thinking of getting Sam Bradford and Whitey Ford.

Are those prices fair? Where would be a cheap place to buy a STL Rams full size helmet?

I will be set up at booths 809-811. This show should be very well attended and hopefully people realize its not just an autograph show but a large card show as well. It should be very similar to the Chicago Sun Times shows with a nice mix of autographs and modern and vintage cards.

That's what I like to hear.

The Armpit of America: NEW JERSEY!
Anyone been to this show in the past who can give a preview of what to expect? Is this supposed to be "THE show" in Central Jersey?

I ask since I went to a show about 10 minutes from where I am in Somerset at the Garden State Expo Center back in April and it SUCKED BALLS. A total of 3 tables with cards, 85% football, with a ton of junk dollar cards, and a few (mostly overpriced) mid-end singles.

I could care less about the signings, I just want to go to a show with a good selection of baseball cards (mainly looking for modern, Chrome specifically). I'd like to spare myself the disappointment if this show is mostly autographs and little cards.

Good luck Brian!
Hope you find some nice vintage Greenberg's.
Thanks Russ, you should make the trip up! :D I'm sure I'll find a good one there, as it's the day after my 21st birthday. So hopefully I won't be going to the show hungover hahaha.

Do you guys think this will be a football card-heavy show since most of the autograph signers are FB players? I know FB, but not as much as I do baseball and I rarely buy football cards...

Looking at the dealer list, there will be a number of major vintage and modern card dealers set up at the show, so yes there should be a mix of all sports.

I wasn't going to go to this, but after reading this thread, I will be going on Saturday. Looking forward to it.

Just as an FYI, there is also a mall show at Woodbridge Center on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. It's about 20 mins away from Edison. It obviously won't compare to the Edison show, but you never know what you might find.

If anyone who's going to this could keep an eye out for Evan Crawford 2011 Bowman chrome parallels, blue refractors and up, I'll pay you back. Just PM me.
