Someone would fake signatures in gray ink?

Did not see any bad ones, but this gives you an idea of the possibilities:

I don't think it was gray ink as much as it was bad blue ink that did not hold up well over time and faded out on the forgeries resulting in that appearance.

Topnotchsy, nice find on those blank ones to show everyone how the forgeries were made possible.
