Anyone bid on the various lots of back doored Xfractors?

We are aware of these counterfeit refractors and our legal team has taken steps to have the auctions removed. In addition, our investigators have taken steps to find the source of the problem and see that this occurs far less going forward

At least they are confirming that these are unauthorized. Any speculation that these could be replacements or otherwise given out by Topps seems to have been squashed.

Whether they get the auctions for any remaining refractors pulled or not, I hope this at least sheds some light on the subject and more people become aware of what they're buying. Of course, it's not reaching an audience like it would in a Beckett article or anything, but it helps. (ha, imagine beckett running an article on it with pictures of fakes that they've graded - ha)

Have a hard time convincing anyone these cards are fake. Who would fake cards of most of these, most of them are scrubs.

Topps did have at least one group of xfractor auctions ended -- however, these aren't counterfeit. Topps obviously has pull with eBay, though.

Yeah, one lot i was bidding got pulled or maybe they sold it off ebay. Did get one in mail today from earlier this week.
