ANyone dealt with...?

Has anyone dealt with Donruss since they were purchased by Panin? I got shorted 2 autos/Guds in a recent bx of 09 Rookies and Stars. Is the p[recudure the same as it is for Topps and Upperdec(recepit/ pack wrapper etc?
Any help is appreciated thanx all

I'm still waiting a a 2007 Donruss thread redemption which I said
I would like it replaces after 6 months wait. well it is now 9 months and
still no card ::facepalm::

I'd call and ask. I don't think they require the stuff to be sent in. Their Customer Service has usually been good.

Wait til Tuesday and give them a ring to see what they say.
