Anyone else had problems with topps redemptions!

Pulled a Redemption STRAIT out of a box from a topps product.. i go to redeem it (FOUR Or FIVE Times) No luck. I try again 6 hours later..NO luck. I made sure ALL Digits/Letters where correct..is the redemption site down????? ANY HELP!?!

If it's a brand new product, it takes a week or two for Topps to "unlock" the redemption codes.
