Alright, well thanks, that answers that question. No wonder I can't find them because it is so inconspicuous.

Those sample cards are great. Seemingly very rare too, at least for some players. It appears some players were issued in larger quantities than others. They were also distributed one per dealer order sheet and shipped in an envelope without much in the way of protection.
