Yes, I know but it is better than not having one and does not make it truly unlicensed crap to quote some. I have no issues with Leaf or Panini or Fish Tanks, just morons.

What people aren't getting is that Panini baseball is licensed the same as Leaf products... BY THE PLAYERS..

The only difference is they do one deal to get all, where we go to each player individually (which is what topps does too as they do NOT take a group license from MLbPa)

$15+ million from new leaf manufactured items... Appreciate your attempt at humor, but I think 15+ million is pretty good for a "micro" manufacturer with limited licensing.. BG

As Leaf incorporates new product in their repackaged product, couldn't you state that all of your sales were form Leaf manufactured items?

Where does Rize play into this?

Isnt that what you just did to him?

The difference was that I tried to help BiggioBrooksBassButterflyfishBluefish with his card shop issues and was rebutted and met with arguments to the point where I've gotten frustrated and given up. I don't know cubsfan from Adam.

I'm surprised that only 20 of 120 "base" sets have sold.

Once the #'d sets start appearing in hand and then back up on eBay, I'd imagine everything gains more traction and they'll sell out. I know I'm hoping to get some in hand ASAP.

Lillard stuff is going nuts, so I'd imagine that one card will more than cover the set prices.

No shipping outside of the states.

Guess Topps will be getting those sales...and Panini.

10 card lots of Lillard prizms are selling for around $100. would 10 card lots of these sell for that? if so that leaves you 11 other 10 card lots to make $77 plus fees seems like a no brainer.

Prizm is probably the most desirable NBA licensed non-auto base RC that Lillard has. I would guess the base Leaf rookie star version would be around half that, which is still pretty good. It may go up once Leaf sells out of the sets, or people may simply forget about the Leaf cards as more Panini NBA licensed cards come out. Could go either way IMO.

Totally valid point, however I think one of the key things is that it will be very tough for any basketball fans to forget Leaf...as they are the exclusive home for any and every Lillard licensed autograph. So Leaf and Lillard will go hand in hand I would imagine.

That will be true with respect to autograph cards, but not for base versions. I think the casual basketball collector would rather pay a little more for an NBA licensed base Lillard RC compared to a non-licensed version.

As expected Lillard is selling REALLY well.

[phil]230917080691[/phil] - Black /5, [phil]230917535533[/phil] - Black /5 and [phil]330862559461[/phil] - Red 1/1

bids like this [phil]230917539233[/phil] with 5 days left make me really ticked I missed out on those gold /10 sets.

If anyone has a /10 set incoming they are planning on breaking up, lmk.

Not sure what I'm doing with my sets (#/10, #/25 & #/50) when the come in at this point. One thing is certain...I should have pulled the trigger and bought all 10.

I agree with that. Bought 1 /25, /50 and base. More I think about it, they appear to have been a great deal. I'm breaking all mine up in lots minus 1 player. Just need a purple...If you break it up, lmk.

I'm going to wait and get the numbered sets in hand...then possibly pull the trigger on some base sets.

I received my base set and /50 set today. These really look great! They did come packed w/o sleeves and the /50 do have slight surface scratches so not going to try grading. Unlike the Leaf metal or valiant releases, these cards actually do have a short writeup on each player. I'm hoping Leaf is able to do that for future draft releases.
