Anyone else notice the run up on Montero Sterlings?

it's actually a pretty standard event


Card A gets too expensive, so people move to card B

If card B creeps up any more, people will move back to card A.

That card is hideous. Sterling has been ugly since 2004 but at least it has been bearable. I don't care if he was my favorite player I wouldn't buy that card.

same here...i only have 10 sterling versus close to 100 chromes...CHROME RULES!

anyone know if the sterling redemptions will be fulfilled? I have 3 or so.

The Sterlings were undervalued initially....at least in my opinion. I was ecstatic to have been able to pick them up for $15 per, as I couldn't understand why they weren't already $25. Regardless of looks, considering his positives, $15 for a first year jersey autograph Bowman product was a steal. The black jersey versions of these do seem to be much tougher to find too, and probably could command a premium at some point.
