Anyone ever had this shipping issue?

I had stop by a USPS location that is more of a sorting annex than post office Thursday of last week to pick up a signature confirmation package I missed. I had 4 mailers with me with Paypal shipping labels attached that I had to ship out. I noticed there was a blue USPS box out front so I just went ahead and dropped the packages in there. Fast forward to today, and the packages haven't even been scanned into the system and I am getting concerned. Anyone ever had an issue using the USPS blue boxes with paypal shipping?

Did you tape over the bar code? It can cause issues with the scanners apparently. Always leave that area without tape.
