Do you guys drain all the water from your ramen noodles? I had never eaten ramen noodles til I met my wife and that's how she does it. A couple weeks ago I started making some and I read the directions and was like what the heck ? She's been making them wrong all these years lol

Gotta not drain it, drink it afterwards

my buddy put the seasoning on it without cooking it and ate like that. kinda interesting.

Personally, I save up my money and get the Cup O' Noodles. MUCH better than Top Ramen.

The Philippines has something similar to Ramen called Pancit Canton. It's soy sauce, oil, flavor packet & the noodles. They drain the water f/the noodles, then add everything else. I eat the Picante Chicken Ramen like this. Everything else tastes brutal w/out having a broth.

I do what my dad does-although it's been years. Leave about 1/4 of the water, after cooked add pepper, Lawrys Seasoning Salt, Iceburg lettuce and fried bologna that's burnt about 75%. I l decided to cut into a pac-man before cooking, to get more surface area burned without having to push it down. Chop/rip bologna. Eat soon, because soggy lettuce is not as appealing.
