Sometimes, the companies send out promo cards in wider white cardboard set boxes that can hold Top Loads but you still need to turn them sideways and pad 'em in a bit...

I’ve thought about this before, but I never tried it out:

You’ll need a large flat piece of cardboard (like the side of a large box). Take the box from your example and unfold it all the way so it’s flat. Lay it on the piece of cardboard and trace around it with a pencil. Now, add a quarter inch around the entire tracing. Cut it out on this new line and fold it up just like the original box.

Would this work? I don’t know, but in my head it seems it would work.

I have not seen a box that will allow a toploader to fit horizontal. Only the shoe box type that have been mentioned.

As mentioned above, get the 2/3 row cardboard boxes. The 2-row box that I have has a cover ( There are 2 pieces- the box and the cover), but there might be boxes that don't have a removable cover like regular cardboard boxes.

I have a few of the regular set boxes that hold cards in top loaders. The ones I have I believe to be made by BCW or some such company. In any case, I'm not even sure they were meant for top loaders but maybe taller or wider cards. Almost like 70's basketball stuff or topps wide vision.
