I am sitting on a Jeff Niemann Bowman RC Red 1/1 (non-autographed) ... just the plain old basic Bowman Red 1/1.

Anyone here sold any of these of similar caliber prospects/players? I am having a hard time assigning a value to it in my mind. $100? More? Less?

I realize it is a 1/1 and it's "worth whatever someone will pay for it" obviously ... but as a ballpark, it's a lot harder to assign value to this "less desirable" 1/1 as opposed to a superfractor, etc.

I don't know about SELLING, but I know that I bought a 1/1 of Lance Berkman (2008) for $20. I know RCs are going to be different though.

Don't have a ton of experience but I used to own the Jay Bruce. Sold it for $525 I believe, at a time when the BC gold ref's were getting $400 or so. Recently the Desmond Jennings got $215 or so at a time the gold ref.'s were getting $85.

Of course with the Niemann the comparison is harder because his BC is auto'd and the red is not.

They can go for relatively high (jay bruce) or really cheap, since there is an autographed chrome version out there.

I wouldn't be surprised if it sold as low as $30-$40, though it can go for higher depending on if someone really wants it.

They will usually go for around a similar price as a base chrome gold refractor version of the card.

all depends if someone really needs/wants it for their rainbow.

I know I over paid for the flacco 09 bowman draft red 1/1. Paid $100 for it.

set a BIN higher than you think the card would sell for and take the BO you get... about the only advise I can give. if someone collects him they will definately want the card and can make an offer to you on it.

I paid $150 for the Jaff Decker red 1/1 and around $70 for the Derek Norris back when he was a somewhat sleeper.

You should be able to get more than $100 for the Niemann easily.

I bought the '06 Bowman Draft Josh Johnson Red for $60, the '09 Bowman Red Scott Olsen for $13 shipped and the '06 Bowman Draft Mike Rouse Red for $19 shipped.

Niemann should get $80 to $120 easily :P
