I realize it's an extreme longshot, but I'm very interested in tracking down the 2004 Donruss Gold Press Proof #217 of Junior Spivey...

Would also consider picking up the other rare-ish parallels.

Ha, yep! I suppose I should have elaborated. Vizquel is shown sliding into the base as Spivey turns the double play. Other than the Gold Press Proof (/25), I'm also missing the Orange County (/5) version.
