Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had any success selling cards on CL. I've had great success selling odds & ends you'd typically find at a yardsale, but haven't yet ventured into cards. Any tips (from sellers or BUYERS) you could pass along would be greatly appreciated!

I have yet to find any other outlet that provides nearly the viewing power and interest that ebay brings, certainly nothing that really outweighs their fees. I have tried selling on the board but i'm not selling high end mainstream players and therefore they don't jump out to that "normal" prospector

Only cards I've ever seen are big lots of commons that people are trying to unload. My wife shows me them every once in a while when she's looking for odds and ends. I've never thought of selling or looking for specific cards there.

If you want a bunch of 80s and 90s Topps boxes and sets, CL is the place for you.

All the stuff I have ever seen there was way overpriced as well. Think about the guys that come to shows with 2-3 binders from the 80s looking to sell cards to dealers....that's what CL is like.
