Unless the prospect has dominating stuff he is never going to make it with the Yankees. Hughes and Joba showed brilliance throughout the minors, but even they have been replaced in the majors with FA additions. Same with all big market teams. When you can afford to pay proven guys, you aren't going to turn it over to the prospects unless they are the legitimate blue chip guys. Zink has and never will be one of those
