Anyone here on good terms with UD? Need a favor.

Long story short, I pulled a $150 value card that is MANGLED out of the pack. Called and emailed about a replacement. First they said on the phone, no problem. Then I get an email saying I'm S.O.L. because I didn't buy from a UD club member store. Extremely pissed right now.

Anyone know anyone?

I wish I knew someone at UD 1-2 years ago.. sent in a redemption for Kershaw rookie auto patches /25 and they finally sent me plain Kershaw auto and basically R. Kelleyed me right in the face.
