Purchased from BB before, no issues. Not sure what more people can ask for. He's posted ebay ids and a screenshot from paypal. Yeah there are questionable listing practices(misleading titles and made up book values), but you have to be really dumb to fall for that. How many here have posted about breaking slabs because their grades sucked and could get more "raw"(or done that without posting about it)?
And about one buyer purchasing mostly from him? And who's reselling? Why purchase single items from different sellers when you can get quantity and variety from one seller?
In a world where we sue for anything and everything would anyone be willing to take this guy to court? Would seem with so much evidence someone would have tried it by now. At least small claims court.
I guess no one gets it. There is absolutely no evidence. High bid activity does not equal shill bidding. I'm guessing you guys are just never going to understand this.
I think people simply don't believe that one buyer would bid on 1,300 of your items in one month. It hardly makes sense and is a major red flag whether they are a shill or not.
FCB needs a Kangaroo court.
Did you see the screenshot I posted of his payment? I could post about 50 of them if you want, but I really don't want to fill up the thread with screenshots. I even showed an instance where we bid on 50% of a seller's items every month, yet nothing shady is going on. I keep saying the same thing over and over again as is, so this thread doesn't seem to be getting anywhere, unfortunately.
Just because someone pays doesn't mean it wasn't shill bidding, you can as the seller refund that payment. Of course you would want to make it look all on the up and up, but once again 1300 auctions in one month by a bidder, not realistic.
