This is his info he has not been answering my phone calls. Will everyone please make an attempt to call him and talk sense into him before I get the police involved and he gets deported. Also if everyone would pm me their name and information, and any evidence in the form of pms sent from carl and paypal transaction receipts etc. From there we can combine this into one strong document to present to the local authorities.

i jjust talked on aim to roll4tide. we worked things out. im working my hardest to get the money back, and anyone who i owe will be payed back in a timly manner...roll4tide first, within 2 weeks. my aim is sexyllama47. but again, im 14 and its not like i can get 1000 bucks in 2 weeks.

How would you like to be informed? Here's my info:

I am owed either 2007 & 2008 Jason Heyward Blue Refractors (1 from each year) or $150.00. The ONLY contact he's made with me is the original PMs/posts where we made the deal and now a PM tonight admitting he scammed and will "try" to pay back as soon as possible. I had previously tried contacting him via PMs and through PayPal.

Unfortunately for him, that's not good enough for me. I do not take kindly to screwing around with my money. All contact/progress I've had with the local NY authorities will not cease until something is sent my way (cards or money) and I suggest everyone else follow suit. I would suggest speaking with your parents to come up with the money ASAP otherwise I cannot control what actions are taken against you.

I to am with DaleMurphyCollector my money was stolen plain and simple, and I am all for proceeding with the law enforcement into the situation until my $220 is received or a 2008 Bowman Chrome Gold Ref Auto of Matt LaPorta.

Have your parents give the money to you and you can work it off to pay them back...you are not my kid, I have no responsibility overyou, THEY DO, you stole from me and as a minor you are THEIR responsiblity....so unless I see some money or the card you will pay for your actions.

This my young friend is going to be a valuable life lesson for you. Hopefully, whatever you used the stolen money for was worth your reputation as this is going to follow you around for a while...

How is it that there are all of these complaints, and this kid has no negative feedback? I saw this thread so know not to deal with him, but what about the guy who hasn't and attempts to cut a deal?

BTW - I have nothing to do with any of the transactions here - I just saw this on the "View new posts" thing, and read through. Sorry if I overstepped my boundaries butting in, but just had a little concern.

I think right now, our primary concern is getting our money. The thought of leaving feedback never even crossed my mind until Card magnet brought it up. I'm more interested in focusing on cards and/or money.

Reporting Fraud and Scams to the Proper Authorities

The act of reporting fraud and laying charges is quite different from the process of seeking restitution from the criminals. What they have in common though, is the labyrinth nature of determining the agency responsible for effective action.

In addition to reporting the crime to your local police, the state or provincial police, the RCMP, the FBI, the Secret Service, the post office, the phone company, the local paper and television station, the BBB, your credit card company, your bank, your Attorney General, the local and state/provincial/federal Department of Consumer Affairs, the SEC, or any and all other relevant securities administrators and regulatory agencies for each state and province, and country. The following agencies have a complaint tracking system to determine trends and gather evidence for prosecution.

Though you may never see your money again, you can hopefully take some joy in seeing justice done. It is only by the cumulative response of angry victims that authorities will have the impetus to devote resources, such as forensic accountants to trace the money, and other costly manpower, to a particular operation. As well, if restitution is available, having your name recorded increases the chance of seeing some monetary recovery down the road.

The first step should be the fraud department of your local police. If that experience doesn't totally discourage you from proceeding further follow this list and contact each in turn until you give up or get satisfaction. As part of sentencing, criminals should be made to endure this administrative nightmare. As we gather more information on the most effective means to report these crimes this list will be modified to make your life just a little easier.

To ensure that your report is as complete as possible you should do a bit of investigative work on the perpetrator before notifying authorities.

If you very industrious, and feel you are not getting anywhere, take the general allegations you have and put them in Affidavit format, complete with the specific statutory violations, you hand the government the case on a plate. This could put them in the position that they'd be publicly humiliated not to follow it up.

You could also put the thing together as a Case Prosecution Summary (the way agents present cases to the US Attorney's Office) and publish it on the Net.
