Bought a very high end card and told him I would pay today, which I did. Very soon after I paid he refunded my payment with know explaination. Sent him a message but no reply yet.

Anyone ever deal with him or know if he is a board member?

I've dealt with him before. He's a reputable dealer. I don't think he's a board member though.
