Yeah, definitely a fake. That one is on worthpoint. Sold on eBay back in 2013.

As for the card in the OP, it is clearly not part of the "3" numbering. The photo on the back of the card clearly shows that every part of the number is much fatter than the patch on the card. Does anyone have a reference picture as to what the front of this jersey would have looked like?

Nice work , the wool swatch is still the same piece , just the black added to it .

It may be my eyes but the wool swatch does not look the same for me. Also on the original swatch there looks to be a fold or stitching/ hole stitching on the top part of the swatch. Either way The card is altered.

I think the wool relic is the same Tony, if you look closely at the altered card you will still see the seam that is from the worthpoint scan towards the top of the jersey piece. It doesn't pop out quite the same in the scan, but if you look close I can see it at least maybe I'm wrong. Either way, obviously non-genuine.

Sad part is there is probably someone out there who will buy it and go on about his business thinking it is real.
