Anyone notice how much Cameron Maybin's auto has changed?

I know this is not terribly ground breaking news, and I know he's not the first to do this. I just noticed his A&G autos. He signed a ball for me at Spring Training and it looks more like the A&G auto too...

The A&G signature is considerably better than the autograph he's typically been signing since the start of last year.

That's a radical change.
His original signature was stylish.
Now it's crap.

Maybin is a weird one. I could tell three stories but lets stick to one.

His one trip thru Mobile was at the beginning of the year. Not the best time to ask because the players have been signing since early Feb. and just got off a 16 hour bus ride with 4 hours sleep before game time due to a flat tire. Anyways, Maybin comes out. A woman about 40 ask him to sign two OMLB balls for her son. He gives her every letter auto on both balls on the sweetspot. Next a man about 60 ask him to sign his beat up minor league ball and Maybin ask him what his is name and the guy tells him. Maybin personalizes it on the side panel. Next I go up and ask him to sign four cards and to the normal routine " Sign what you have time for.... ". I get a autograph with a C & M on a 2006 Tristar card. Next up is my graphing friend who has one 8X10 gets a every letter auto on his 8 X 10.

Now what item do you think is to sell if all 4 people wanted to sell their items ? Its almost has funny Gordon Beckham signing bats with no problem and side paneling baseballs with a personalization.

In just to finish this up on a positive note, Maybin has been a machine in New Orleans this year since his demotion.

Yea, WHY DOES IT EVEN MATTER IF SOMEBODY IS GONNA PROFIT OFF OF AN AUTO? I never sell my IP stuff since that is what I consider my PC and just sell cert au's, so I hate it when a guy "big league's" me cause I want his f-in scribble on my card/bat/ball or whatever. Pisses me off so much. They get paid a ton and don't want anybody else to benefit from it. Whether it be somebody who might make a little (usually not much since if it isn't certified ppl are weary) or somebody who has a room devoted to IP memorabilia like myself. I will say this - ADRIAN CARDENAS! LOVE HIM! I told him how big a fan I was, asked him to sign a couple cards and requested dibs on any broken bats while he was in town. The night they were heading out, he gave me his unbroken bat and got me the one Josh Horton broke!
