Anyone Seen a 1992 item like this (not sure what it is)?

I'm a lil confused in those who pictured the packaging, it says "premier edition" and those are the 1992 ones. I'm curious what the 1991 one I have relates to? A different company that was renamed/packaged, a test for marketing (ex the Giants logo doesn't show trademark like it does in 1992), also doesn't have the MLB logo back. Anyway, always curious about these things.
