Interesting. Well have to keep an eye on that to see if it ends up in the product.

Is that a serious statement?? If Razor bought it for $400 and can put it on a card and sell it for $2200.... you better believe it will be in the product.

They probably will use it. I just think its funny that they make it so obvious buying the cut with the same username they sell with. I would think it would be in their best interest to have a separate buying account with an ID that relates in no way with the company name.

If the checklist were better, I would have no problem getting a pack. If I had a chance for a G. Washington/T. Jefferson dual, I would be ALL OVER that..

Yeah I could see the Obama fetching some major coin if he is in fact in the set. Perhaps a card like this......

Presidential Firsts

featuring the first president George Washington and the first African American President Barack Obama.

Man I bet that would fetch a ton!

Or... just the first white and black presidents!

in my opinion, only 10-15 cuts could sell for $2200. washingtons, lincolns, obama/mccain, maybe some kennedy duals and maybe some FDR duals.

I hope they don't plan on using that in a card. It isn't his signature. It is a secretarial signature. Lyndon Johnson's real signature is one of the rarest autographs amongst presidents. It is believed that more genuine Washington signatures exist than Johnson. He had pretty much everything since being elected to his first office signed by a secretary, mostly a man named Bruce Thomas.

PSA authenticates secretarial sigs as real all the time. It's a shame.

You can get a signed Obama Book(make a cut if you want) get it JSA for way way way less than 2200. There is only a handful of cards that are worth the break. That being said its still a cool concept.

You can get a mantle psa authentic for 500.00 but his cuts still sell for 1000.00
cuts always sell for more then regular autographs

That is usually upperdeck cuts, Razor is not quite that big of a staple in the hobby. I'd rather have a JSA over a Razor cut at this time.

Aren't these encased by JSA?

Well I thought to myself before seeing the checklist that they were going to load it up with a bunch of low
value dual autos...that is exactly what they did. The risk is way to much, even if this was Upper Deck.

Are they? If they are thats a huge plus. Still you can buy almost the entire checklist for way under what JSA and a auto will cost, however I guess that's part of the thrill.

2200?? Oh dear god that would be brutal. I agree, there are very few that you would make your money back on.

Especially if you get that fake Lyndon Johnson. "I spent $2200 and got a $5 secretarial cut. Yay!"
