Anyone want to split this?

It's funny, I was on the PSA site, just checking out the various areas and was looking for collector names I actually recognized. One name mentioned in their HOF area and registry section that I didn't recognize, but researched was Thomas Tull. It was interesting to find out he is a multimillionaire who had a movie production company and has part ownership in the Steelers. I always wondered what someone with Bill Gates money could do in this hobby if they were interested and this is the closet I have seen. The guy has an amazing collection apparently and since money is not really an obstacle, then he can pretty much buy the best of what is for sale and could probably talk most people into selling something that isn't with the right price! I'm sure most collectors started as childhood collectors with modest budgets. Most of us remain in that category, but those who make it big financially in life and still have that collecting interest are every collectors fantasy.

I think having unlimited money to spend on cards would take away some of the thrill. I like wheeling and dealing and finding someone who has something u need. Just being able to buy whatever would take some of the pursuit away
