How often has he hit 103 on the gun. Tony Gwynn sounded like he thinks he going to need some time in the minors and is not ready for bigs yet.

That's why I got too, I think he needs some time just to the exposure of professional ball and wooden bats :P

Whoever signs him, if they dont make him start in the minors that would be a shame
