Anyone watching the Dodgers Rockies game?

I am watching the game cast on espn.com and see that two runners scored on the catcher's throwing error. I know Fowler is fast, but how does that happen?

Rosario was stealing 2nd at the time and Fowler was on third

OK, so how did Rosario score? Did the catcher throw to second or third? No outfielder backing up? Doesn't seem to happen often.

Matt Treanor faked a throw to second and then fired the ball down the third base line into left field...Rosario just kept running!
