According to a source, the Nationals are making it known to other teams that Bryce Harper is indeed available.

Well there's always Match.com. Not sure why the Nats are contacting other teams about this.....strange.

Either one hell of a bold move or he's made it known he's unhappy there and won't be back. Nationals don't strike me as a super organized, with it type operation, he may just be tired of being on a super talented team that flops.
