Are these 1/1's legit?

I'm a baseball guy and have no idea of basketball stuff. Curious if these things are really legit. It seems that game-used patches of LeBron and Kobe would go for more than $10??? Granted, the design isn't very good but I'd think they'd go for more than $10.

Suspicious to me, but what's your take?

they were probably made in someones basement. The "GU" pieces are glued on to the inside.
