If you're buying a higher end autograph (Mantle, Williams, Koufax, Aaron, etc.) off eBay with a JSA LOA that is for a large group of items, do you feel comfortable with it?

My situation is on a nice auto with one of these JSA LOA's. The LOA lists over 200 different autographs that it covers by naming each player. There aren't any JSA stickers affixed to the items, you just get a copy of the LOA.

The seller is a powerseller with a ton of feedback, sells all JSA and PSA items with these types of LOA's.

What do you all think?

I trust them if I am familiar with what said auto should look like and assuming it looks the way it should.

(not sure if that made sense)

JSA Auction LOAs come from the big auction houses, primarily Heritage. I trust them completely.

No not at all, for one I found for the most part these are copies of the original LOA since they authenticate a group of autographs together. Then you read on JSA's site you must have the original therefore its worthless, I also think JSA stoped honoring these due to this problem but not 100% it may have been psa. Not to mention unless its listed on the LOA like Mickey Mantle autographed jersey whos to say that's the jersey they looked at in this "lot". I would be very careful especially if the seller has a lot of them, he could just be printing them off himself.

You must ask this, if they are all legit why not just go all the way and get them authenticated? I understand it would cost more but in bulk he would save and the extra cash he would make would be well worth it.
