My question is, do all of the arod upper deck rookie autos have the uda sticker on the back because this one doesnt show it

Don't buy it, it's phony. Your skepticism is warranted and that listing is NOT for the UD distributed 94 UD Arod Auto. I bought a fake once without realizing the subtlety and thankfully some well-informed ebayers contacted me and let me know it wasn't legit. I got my money back.

alright sounds good, i may just end up looking for a graded one so i know its legit at least
