I feel like if we ever trade a guy like Tillman or Matusz that they instantly become good. Matusz especially has great stuff but playing on the O's as a good young pitcher has to be a drag.

Tillman has a mechanical flaw they need to figure out fast.
If you watched the game last night, he was throwing 87-88 MPH in the middle of the zone - just to throw strikes - and they just teed off him.
When Wieters told him to throw like he did in AAA - 92-94 MPH - he was missing outside EVERY time.
Vast difference there.
