As an A's fan currently living in the Seattle area, I hope if they do relocate it's to Portland or Vancouver, or Vegas would be fine I guess. As long as they keep the A's name I would continue to be a fan...if they became the Charlotte Tobaccos or Montreal Expos Part Deux it would be a lot tougher.

I definitely think Vegas is the way to go. The last thing MLB wants is for a team to relocate to a place like Portland and there's constant unrest, poor weather, etc. With the sports betting industry growing larger by the day, Vegas is a no brainer.

I grew up going to games at the Oakland Coliseum but now live in Vegas......I would love for them to come here but I think it will be a stretch for them to move at all. The city of Oakland won't want to go down as the city that lost three sports franchises in as many years. They will be forced to find a solution. The Oakland Coliseum really is a pit and very outdated.....don't blame the A's for forcing the cities hand by going this route. The traditional part of me wants them to remain in Oakland but the selfish part of me wants them here in Vegas....lol. Their AAA team is already here, went to the game last night. Beautiful ballpark.

Guess I never really knew where they were home based. Assume they are still called Golden State Warriors? I guess i can check that easily enough. Not a close follower of basketball obviously.
