These are RAW camera angles. They aren't supposed to look nice when constantly streaming. You are watching the different cameras that when put together make an MLBbroadcast.
The cameraman is doing his job. It's his job to get good shots for the broadcast, not to make a pleasant stream for you to view.
yes, I know it's raw but some of the other cameras are far more stable and targeted and actually make it to air more often. For all the work that cameraman does, it sure goes to waste when I didn't see a single shot from his camera on the TBS broadcast the half-inning I was tuned in.
I've had access to (and watched) thousands of raw feeds in my life and the super mo camera is the worst I've ever seen as far as targeting or even getting director cues. I don't think that camera was even taking director or producer cues considering nothing made it to air - it's like the cameraman had a mind of his own on what to zoom in on and when and hoped that he found something interesting enough to go to air.
