Saw this before on Baseball Tonight while waiting for dinner with my dad. My father, not a baseball fan, was even very impressed. This guy has been putting on a defensive clinic.

It's bothered me for a long time that they let him wear #13, but he's earning it at this point. Another Venezuelan with just crazy instincts. Wow is he a blast to watch.

Alcides Escobar makes plays like that all the time. Deeper in the hole too.

Honestly, I know I'm in the minority but that play doesn't make the cake for me. Sure, it was awesome, but I still don't feel like its play of the year worthy.
Like another member posted, the play from last year was better. The Revere superman dive, and the couple behind the back double-plays we've seen this year kind of top it. Again, IMO
