Aubrey Huff, you're a hitter, not a base stealer

Aubrey Huff has no stolen bases this year. Not a big deal, as there are a lot of everyday players that will go a year or more without stealing a base. The problem is, Huff has been caught stealing SIX times.

The MLB record for caught stealing in a season, while recording no steals, is 10 by Pete Runnels in 1952. Runnels also began his career going 0-3 in SB attempts in 1951, before finally stealing a base in 1953. Two players, Jose Offerman in 2005 and Oscar Robles in 2000, were both caught 8 times without recording a steal. Robles actually never stole a base in his CAREER, finishing with those 8 career CS's.

Keith Miller went 0-5 in 1988, but followed that up by going 6-6 the next season. Guess he figured out what he was doing wrong.

I guess he wasn't in the lineup when Penny or Wakefield were pitching...

Some of those (if not most) may be missed hit and runs?
