Twice and he was not there. Don't you think it's easier just to post on here instead of talking to everyone on the phone?

Agree its easier to post here but that doesn't look like it will happen.
If it was me. I would be calling the store daily to find out what's going on with my cards.
Really wish there was a way we could help.

Does he ( [MENTION=1720]cgilmo[/MENTION] ) not understand how bad it/he looks on these multiple months of group subs and the B.O.G threads, giveaways never received etc ?
There is a carry over effect that extends past the members directly involved in these threads.
Other members are driven away from the site and threads like box breaks that the store is behind because of such a disregard for HIS members.
It actually confuses me that an owner of a site gives such lil respect to those who aren't asking much other that simple answers.
Calling the store only let's the disrespect hide from the mass. And really at this point there is no reason to hide it for him .
Anyway the whole thing is just a head scratcher,

Your post hits the nail on the head. I am sorry you guys are going through this and you deserve better.
At this juncture, i would call over and over until you get him on the phone. Frankly, there is no other advice i can give you.
How can I recommend anyone to this site? I called about a dozen times over the last 3 subs. It's ridiculous that I have to call. Does he not have ten seconds in his day? Our ten day subs got graded three weeks ago and not a peep about it.
As i said, i'm not sure there is anoyone who isnt embarrassed by whats happening here.

We have not even received our 10 day submission yet even tho they were graded over 3.5 weeks ago. I am pretty sure BGS delivered them a long time ago. So who knows.
