Auto identification help needed, please

Trying to help out a friend here.

I won a helmet with 18 autos on it and this is the only one I can't figure out. Played for the Cleveland Indians most likely from the time line in 1982- 2007...95% of the autos on the helmet where from the mid 90s.

Any ideas?
