Autograph help??

I came across this bat which has Autographs by: George Brett, Brooks Robinson, Reggie Jackson, Johnny Bench, Nolan Ryan, Duke Snider, Al Kaline, Bob Feller, Cal Ripken Jr, and one unknow...

Anyone know who's Auto it is that goes over the "Genuine", in black ink and what I believe starts with an "R"??
