Its surprising to me that the Uptons continue to get so much attention on FCB.

Just hope his attitude doesn't rub off on Heyward. One of the least fan friendly players around. Which I can live with if he produces.

I'm not in love with the deal but it will probably be a wash for the Braves with a slight chance for him to round into the form he showed in 2007/2008 in which case he will be a bargain. I'd much rather have Upton at 15 M for 5 years than Bourn. Several years younger and not as dependent on his legs for value. Speed usually doesn't age well.

I've watched Upton played here since 2004, and he excels at half Ass'ing it....

If he can be a 25/25 guy, I'll take it all day every day. He might not have the Andruw Jones glove, but if he has skinny Andruw production, he will be well worth the money. I just hope he doesn't half ass it like Andruw did at times.
