Why didn't Stanton make the cold list?
Because he is now above the "Not So Hot list." Seriously, it's comical.

The dude is 3-30 since the 12th. That's what I would call "Not So Hot" - but he's still the prospect poster boy so he'll never make an appearance on this list. They always seem to avoid the slump guys who they are still high on.

Exactly, they say that player projection and potential are one of the factors that goes into making up the Hot List, which makes sense, so it's about prospects that actually matter who people care about. One would assume they would take the same things into consideration for the not-hot list. When the #3 prospect in baseball goes 3 for 30, he can't make an appearance?

He has been so hot to start off the season, there is no way he could keep up that pace...if he struggles over the next week I would say he could be a consideration for the cold list. I have a feeling he will have a few multi HR games in the next week though! :D

Moose @ #3? A travesty. Oh well, @ least the recent ‘moose love’ has been making me some very nice $$$$ + my new stash is already paid off (+ a profit made). Still have quite a bit left- incl a TRUE GEM 07 bcdp moose gold ref :)

Chris,

Which card would you prefer?

Subs - (3) 9.5's and a 9.

Or

Subs - (1) 10, and (3) 9.5's?

I think the answer is obvious. They are both 9.5's, but one Is obviously nicer. Just like buying a psa 4 vintage card. There is certainly a variation among 4's and some are nicer than others, thus a premium is paid for them.

I would prefer the second option, but I wouldn't pay more for it.
