I agree, but it's still not something you want to see out of a pitcher. His control is the main issue right now and being a young pitcher in the Cal League doesn't help either. I just really hope he gets his act together because he was projected to be a high starter.

Few of my guys made it on the sheet, glad to see them doing well. As for Main, I have to say I'm a bit dissapointed, I honestly don't think he is ready for Advanced A, he did well in the few starts he had last year but they should have kept him at that level till he was ready to go to the Cal league for sure. I have to say being a young pitcher and getting all those runs scored against him can't be boosting his confidence...

Hopefully he starts to get it together, I just knew it was going to be his breakout year.

Me too. Team photo at least...here are his 2 qualifying starts:

IP: 13.0
H: 6
ER: 2
BB: 6
K: 13
ERA: 1.50

I guess his 6 walks in 13 innings cost him any chance in BA's eye. Still a solid 2 games!
