Que T.I Cuz "Im Illy" ( Tilly)
#7 this week is a great sign and the best part is 2 walks or less in last 4 starts.

You reading the chat, Blade-man?

Ryan (Madison, WI): Who has the bigger upside Bumgarner, Alderson, or Jarrod Parker? And who will be the first to get to the majors?

Ben Badler: I think Alderson gets there first, but with the way the Diamondbacks have been promoting their minor leaguers to the big leagues since A.J. Hinch took over as manager, seeing Parker there first wouldn't surprise me. I think Parker is the best of that bunch. I saw a lot of good pitchers come through the Southern League last year - Price, McGee, Davis, Volstad, etc. - but Parker's stuff was as good or better than anyone else's. I think I'm usually a tough critic when it comes to pitchers, but Parker has me very excited.

If it were me, I'd give him until next year. By that answer, he seems more impressed by Parker.

Personally, though, I think having great command can only work in Alderson's favor so he just might see SF late this year.

MAybe the giants will give him a chance like they did with cahill and anderson if sanchez continues to struggle. (I really hope sanchez picks it up).

I would like to see alderson stay one more year in the minors and compete with pucetas for the 5th spot next year.

Really nice. I've always been high on Aldy. Always been more than BUM!!!

Nice to see Jarrod Parker get mentioned during the chat. I got stashes on both Aldy and JP.

not a smart way to look at this

Bumgarner is more talented than Alderson, although Alderson is further along.

Both Bum and Aldy are amazing young pitchers but I guess I have been jealous seeing Bum getting all the attention since I did nt pick any of his stuff up ;)

I don't like Baseball America's projected starting rotation slots for 2012. Dan haren #4 behind webb, jp, sherzer?

I wouldn't look for any insight out of those 'projected lineups'.
