Good ol' Brandon Snyder. I remember getting crap for picking up his stuff when he he was first drafted. I moved most of my stuff but hung onto a few.

Here is a taste of my old stash:

haha first time a question of mine ever got posted :D
Vin Mazzaro (Sacramento): Am I good enough to be a 3/4 starter in the bigs or will my lack of a dominant pitch leave me as a AAAA-player?

Ben Badler: I think there's league-average starter potential there.

"He's made up for lost time in the three starts since his promotion, yielding just one run on 10 hits in 18 innings, proving he might not be long for this level either."

So he may be called up to AAA soon? I can't imagine the show. The Giants
don't need another starter so it would make sense to keep him in the minors.

I wonder if Noah has all of his Corey Brown stash still?

Wrong Brown. He was touting Brooks, not Corey.

Speaking of memories as Jon posted above, those...not so pleasant. Long since blocked on IM.

Wily Peralta got SNUBBED!!!!

No joke....I've already submitted a question about him. He at least deserved a Helium mention.

JP. C'mon....you know I was going to ask about him. Looks like Badler didn't hit either one of us!

"Tyler (Philly): Dominic Brown or Michael Taylor?

Ben Badler: Taylor's good; Brown's better"

I don't agree with Badler's opinion here, as it seem that BA hasn't been keen on M.Taylor from the get-go. I'm sure several individual's here will agree since D.Brown is younger & I know quite a few are invested in him also. The age thing isn't that huge of a difference (Brown/21 & in Hi-A, while M.Taylor/23 in AA) & I'm not trying to take anything away from D.Brown as I really like him also, I just don't think he's better or is going to be better than M.Taylor! :D

Oh & Taylor FINALLY makes the Hot Sheet!!! :o :D :o :D

Lofgren would have made it if it wasn't for the stupid rainout the other night. His second game of the week got cut to 2.2IP.

So for D.Brown, what tool's does he have that M.Taylor doesn't? Speed?-that can't be it because M.Taylor is pretty quick himself! Power?-DEFINITELY not as M.Taylor has much more of that! A gun of an arm in the OF?-M.Taylor has quite the cannon. High contact hitter?-M.Taylor is just as good, if not better. The only thing D.Brown can claim is he's a bit younger & is touted by the writer's at BA (so I can see if you were caught in the "hype").
Also, it's pretty puzzling why a Mod would try & bait the communities member's but here you go again, this is the second time you've done this...Aren't you supposed to monitor the site & try to keep the peace? Not bash it's member's that contribute to the site's content. Take care, Dave. :D

I think that's the first time I've seen Josh Horton mentioned on the hot list. Yay. I have a pretty big stash. :)

HoustonTeams4Me: Dominic Brown is a more well-rounded player and a better overall athlete. He also still has projection in his frame, whereas Taylor has maxed out. I realize you're invested in him, but it's wise to be objective when comparing prospects.

Thanks for your opinion JP, but objectively speaking I still believe Taylor to be the superior player as he's shown true power & the ability to hit for high average, while Brown's power is still unchartered territory (it looks like he's improving in that area but I like more of a sure bet in that department). I'm not going to pretend or act as if I know when an individual has reached thier maximum potential on the field or physically, but I do think Brown will be a great player (I just prefer Taylor's attribute's over Brown's...kinda like comparing Ryan Howard to Carl Crawford- & I'm not saying either Taylor or Brown will ever equal up to the mentioned player's, I'm just comparing the skill set's)! :D

Edit: Jayper's wrote: "He (Brown) also still has projection in his frame, whereas Taylor has maxed out."
I just wanted to be clear on this, but isn't this a highly opinionated assertion?
