These have been going through ATL recently, and they have all at one point been rejected by JSA.

Can I get in touch with your guy at eBay? Got "outbid" on an auction on Sunday that is now re listed at a BIN for over double what the high bid was. Too bad the high bidder had a feedback of 23...looks like blatant shill bidding if you ask me! Would love to get this dude suspended/banned/listings closed, I wouldn't be so pissed but it was for $4600 worth of stuff and he wasted my time...
