Bad Photoshop jobs

Came across this image yesterday. Photoshop much? Or am I just really terrible at guessing image manipulation?

Looks like his right arm is growing out of the middle of his back.

It does look weird, but I bet you it is a regular shot. At the right angle, things can look impossible, but I can kind of see who this is him with his arm cocked back, ready to throw. I think it could be real. my arm wouldn't do that, but then again I am way older that that guy too.

Well the reason I think it’s Photoshopped is one arm has a sleeve and the other doesn’t. Along with the weird arm placement. Just looks odd and now I can’t get it out of my head lol
